Stair Climbing

category: Races

Stair Climbing Races are held around the world.

The Empire State Run-Up is held in New York every year. The runners can run up the 1,430 steps in about 10 minutes, only a little slower than the elevator.

In Australian the equivalent race is the Rialto Run-Up, which the winner is awarded with a trip to New York to compete in the Empire State Building race.
