Nude Olympics at Byron Bay

The Nude Olympics is a nude sports carnival that until recently has been held annually at a beach at Noosa on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, but may be moving in 2017 to Byron Bay on on NSW's far north coast. The change is due to the organizers discovering that it is actually illegal to take off all your gear on Queensland's beaches. It took someone a long time to realize that!

The event is organized by the Australian Nudist Federation (ANF). This version of the Nude Olympics has been held since about 1980. The sporting events held include naked swimming, tug of war and marathon events.

There is another Nude Olympics in South Australia, and other nude sports.
