Adventure Sports - Endurance Races
To be considered an adventure event, races need to be over the marathon distance or greater, and usually involve extreme terrain. I have separated the events into three categories, based on distance covered and the whether it is a solely runnign event or if the event involves other modalities.
- Running Events - Marathon Distance — a list of marathons and other races of similar distances from around the world.
- Running Events - Ultra-Marathons — a list of ultra endurance running events from around the world.
- Extreme Endurance Events — long-distance endurance events involving more than just running.
