Wrist Flexion StretchMuscles Stretched: forearm extensors

Description

  1. Hold out your arm with the palm facing down.
  2. Drop the fingers and palm at the wrist.
  3. Grab your fingers with the other hand and pull them towards the body.
  4. Hold the stretch.
  5. Repeat for the other hand.
