Gaelic Football at the Olympics

Gaelic Football was a demonstration event at the Olympic Games in 1904 in St. Louis. The exhibition match was held on Jul 20. Except for the results below, very little detail about the event is known.

Gaelic Football was also set to become a demonstration sport at the 1900 Olympic Games, though the plan fell through when the organizer William Barry fell ill.

Results

Fenian F.C. (Chicago) USA beat Innisfails (St. Louis) USA 10-0.

A Fenian team also beat Innisfails in the Hurling match.
