coaching site. He says "To improve athletic performance, regardless
of the sport, it is necessary to prepare training programs that
meet the needs of the individual athlete. My aim with Sports Coach
is to provide information on a number of coaching and training topics,
which I hope, will help athletes and their coaches achieve their
athletic goals."
